At Seeds Healthcare Ltd, we are a family run business that takes a very personal, caring and sensitive approach to providing high quality home care services and recruitment solutions. We look after all our clients and have great confidence in our service.

 

Our friendly and experienced team, led by our Register Manager with over 40 years in healthcare providing care in mental health and general nursing. We want to give all our clients the quality of life that they deserve, one with compassion and care.

 

We have a strong recruitment strategy, providing best in class training for all our staffs and management team. To enable us to provide sensitive care to wide spectrum of people across varying backgrounds and cultures, we take the time to carefully match our staff to clients, by matching personalities as well as skills.

Our staff members receive extensive training in a variety of different areas, including:

  • Safeguarding Adults and Children from abuse
  • First Aid, including Recovery position and CPR

Frequent training is given on an ongoing basis, with regular spot checks conducted under regular supervision. This is how we ensure that every member of our care team remains focused on delivering the best possible service to each of our customers.

Additionally, we conduct annual appraisals and have an open door policy for our workforce. This allows anybody within the company to meet with our managers and directors and discuss whatever’s on their mind. Whether they wish to raise any concerns or suggest possible new ideas, we’re always happy to have a chat.
